Food Stock List

Located on the ISP System

(Printer friendly version)

Instructions to use:  Must have ISP system update 8.0 or greater

1.    Enter M. ID and password to enter program.

2.    Enter in “FOOD STOCK LIST” or “F S L” to bring up the list.

3.    Select the date you would like to list.  (It will bring up current date.)

4.    The next step is to mark the Part of the Day you would like it to predict. (Entire day is recommended for daily Build-To’s)

5.    Proceed to mark the historical product mix dates you would like the program average.  (It is recommended that the previous two respective corresponding days be chosen.  It may be necessary during promotions to use the previous day or the day that corresponds closest to day being planned)

6.    Inserting the adjustment factor is a store choice, but it is recommended to insert 1.0 or 1.05.  (1.0 = 100% of stock for that day, 1.1 = 110%)

7.    The next page is the Order Report Items page.  It is recommended chosen items be ordered in numerical order (i.e. Buns first, Bacon, Salads, etc.)  This only has to be done the first time because the computer will remember.

8.    Proceed to the next page; hit “D” for display, then “page down” key to list the Build-To amounts for that day.

9.    Print.  Multiple days can be complete and printed at one time.
