Full-Time Production Work

We are seeking a  motivated individual for full-time production work. Qualified candidates will have HS diploma or equivalent, good communication & leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.  Hourly pay $17.62 per hour (15.86 during 90 day probationary period). The shifts vary; you must be available any shifts/days and be able to work overtime. ·  Must be 18 years old.

·  Must be able to work any shift (day, swing, graveyard, weekends, holidays & overtime when necessary ) as needed by employer.  The hours and days may vary, schedules are posted weekly. 

·  Bakery Experience not necessary, but food background helpful.

·  Successful candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent, good communication skills, and be able to efficiently work in a team environment.

·  Ability to be on a flexible schedule and be able to work some holidays and/or overtime when needed.  

·   Able to lift 50 lbs.

·  Some bakery positions involve high physical exertion.  Must be in good physical condition.  

·   Must be able to be on time and have reliable transportation.

·  The hours and days may vary.  Schedules are posted weekly.

·  Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks while following safety guidelines set by PNWB.  Training is available.

·  A pre-employment physical, hearing test, and drug test are required.

·  Must be able to communicate with department heads and other employees.

·  Familiarize yourself with emergency exit procedures.

·  Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

·  Must be able to work overtime on short notice.

·  Must be able to work in wet, hot, and cold environments for extended periods of time.

·  Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
